Limitless People

At Limitless you’ll only ever work with senior people who have at least 10 years’ experience and a track record in achieving success for their clients. They’re public relations professionals, seasoned writers, content creators, digital natives with many being senior journalists. Our people are also members of industry bodies, Chartered Institute of Public Relations, PRCA and the National Union of Journalists, meaning they uphold industry codes of practice and ethics.

Greg Wilson

Working in public relations since 1997, Greg has orchestrated and managed campaigns for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to household-name brands, major public sector organisations and international PLCs. He’s also advised owner-managed businesses operating in the advanced manufacturing, technology, energy and creative industries.

Michael Gregory

Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in public relations and brand communications having managed brands and reputations for SMEs in the food and drink sector, educational institutions, government bodies, venture capital houses and international PLCs. He has particular expertise in the property and regeneration sector having promoted schemes collectively valued in excess of £1.7 billion.

Claire Stephenson
Associate Director

Claire is an accredited public relations practitioner, media strategist, and journalist. She has more than 20 years of experience, specialising in creative and strategic communications within public affairs, business, and the third sector. She has also previously worked in a senior communications role within European Parliament. Claire has also delivered local, national and international communication campaigns for organisations on climate change action, stakeholder engagement and renewable energy policy.

Charlotte Gleave
Associate Director

Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience in award-winning public relations and marketing for social good. She has previously worked with retail, trade, and manufacturing clients, along with strategic roles in a variety of public sector and charity organisations including NHS, police, drug and alcohol charities, and hospice care.

Sarah Parmenter

Sarah is a highly experienced, award-winning PR and marketer, with over 20 years’ experience in the industry in both London and Manchester. She has worked on prominent consumer brands across a variety of sectors: property and interiors, beauty, healthcare, ethical and organic grocery, high street retail, fashion and not-for-profits.

Chris Nelson

Chris is a hugely experienced board-level PR and business communications professional. His sector experience covers energy, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, digital networks, professional services, defence, public & private sector finance, green technology solutions, government support agencies, and airport & transport infrastructure.

Cathy Midgley

Cathy has a wealth of experience in strategic communications covering owned and earned channels. Her speciality lies in designing and delivering campaigns for clients predominantly in the B2C arena. Her sector experience includes food & drink, beauty, charity, retail, hospitality, financial services, insurance, home improvements,and property.

Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor can devise a political and public affairs strategy to get your message where it matters. He has worked as a political advisor, in high level communications in academia, and is best known, possibly, as the award winning editor of Insider magazine. He recently launched the Northern Spin podcast to offer political insights with a uniquely northern perspective.

Jackie Bennett-Shaw

Jackie is a hugely experienced PR professional with experience working for top UK and global brands and smaller SMEs, helping them stand out to the people they want to notice, listen, and engage with them. She has particularly strong expertise with B2B, workplace, facilities management and built environment clients as well as B2C, charities and arts.

Gary Bramwell

Gary is a holistic PR professional with top-level experience working with major high street brands. His sector experience covers travel, sport, food, FMCG, utilities, property, finance, insurance, start-ups, fintech, investment, destination & leisure and fashion. Gary’s skill set includes data-driven campaigns aimed at digital performance and brand awareness outcomes.

Mike Sweeney

With top-level blue chip international communications director experience, Mike is able to provide the benefits of his professional PR expertise experience working at international and board level, also specialising in crisis and change management. As well as high-level consultancy experience in defence, aerospace, and manufacturing, Mike writes on technical subjects.

Andrew Turner

With a long and successful career in journalism and PR, Andrew is a specialist in generating high level media coverage, with sector experience including healthcare, tourism, business start-up support, retail, professional services, challenger banking, urban regeneration, entertainment, festivals, leisure, hotels, holiday, food & drink, energy and education.
