Mail Boxes Etc. is the world’s leading third-party provider of shipping, fulfilment, print and marketing solutions. It services SMEs across the globe, with a network of over 1800 franchise locations in 48 countries.

The franchise business is part of MBE Worldwide, which annually serves over one million business customers worldwide. It is a multi-brand operation (inc. Mail Boxes Etc., PrestaShop, PostNet, PACK & SEND, Spedingo.com, AlphaGraphics, Multicopy, Print Speak, GEL Proximity and World Options), generating approximately €1.4 billion.

Currently bucking the trend on UK high streets, Mail Boxes Etc. is one of the few chain store outlets opening more stores. It offers a range of services that align growing needs, especially from both ecommerce and WFH businesses, who want a professional solution for shipping worldwide, or a postal mailbox separate to their operational or residential address.

Campaign

Limitless PR was tasked with supporting the development of the franchise business in the UK through proactive media relations. This involved working in close partnership with the company’s inhouse strategic marketing and content marketing teams.

Franchise partners were at the heart of the media relations campaign. Limitless worked directly with partners across the UK to develop stories illustrating the regional role Mail Boxes Etc. plays in supporting local economies and helping small and medium sized enterprise operate on a global scale.

Limitless delivered media coverage in the postal and shipping trade, local press, franchise media and national business press. We achieved a total audience of over one million in the first twelve months of the campaign.
