We offer a full range of PR services that help organisations to build and protect their reputation, and to be known by the right people.
Our public relations agency is structured in a way that allows us to hire the very best specialists, which means that we can offer all of the PR services you’re ever likely to need.

We offer four core PR services that are focussed on strategic communications. They are designed to help you raise the profile of your products, services, or brand by communicating the right messages to the right people, in the media most relevant to you.
We will start by working with you to understand your commercial and reputational objectives and any challenges your business is facing. We’ll discuss the messages you want to communicate, who you want to reach, and your ideal outcomes.
Our specialists will then do research into your industry, identify any trends or hot topics, and all the different media outlets that your target audience is likely to read, watch, and listen to. We’ll then fuse these elements together into a clear and focussed communications strategy.
Our core PR services cover both a proactive and reactive element. In addition to planning multifaceted PR campaigns, we will also respond to opportunities as and when they occur.
We will do this by monitoring what newsworthy activity is going on in your business and capitalising on it, where appropriate.
We’ll also build relationships with relevant journalists, pitching ideas that they may want to cover in a targeted way, and responding to their requests for information.
Running parallel to this activity is evaluation. We will monitor the success of all PR activity to ensure that your messages are delivered to your target audiences and are having the desired impact.

We offer three services which complement PR activity and help you connect with your target audience in a more direct way.
We can help you clarify your value proposition and target audience, so all of your staff with business development responsibility will know precisely what they should say about your business and when.
Our market engagement PR services will improve your target audience’s understanding of your offering and strengthen your brand’s relationship with them.
We do that by encouraging your ideal clients to engage with and learn more about your brand and the products and services you offer via social media, or in person at events.

It can take years to build a strong reputation, but only moments to damage it.
We offer two risk management PR services to help you capitalise on profile-raising opportunities and navigate media scrutiny. This will help you protect your brand when the spotlight hits.
When a journalist contacts your business, it can elevate your brand or threaten its survival.
Our media training service will make sure you have a trained spokesperson who is confident about what they should say, how, when and why, whether for a live or recorded media interview, or a telephone call with a journalist.
When a crisis arises, speed, clarity and accuracy are essential. The way your organisation responds in the first few hours can have a lasting impact on its reputation.
Our crisis management PR service helps you take control of the narrative and protect stakeholder confidence. We’ll work closely with your team to develop timely, clear and effective communications, ensuring your response is professional, consistent and aligned with your organisation’s values.

The larger a business is, the more difficult it is to keep staff connected.
Whether your goal is to help staff understand your brand values, clarify best practice, or simply help them keep up to speed with what’s going on, our employee communications PR service will help you to engage and connect with your employees.
We know that the larger an organisation is, the harder effective communication becomes. Putting a message on a noticeboard or sending an email to staff may not be enough, especially when important changes are being introduced, and/or if staff need to respond in a set way.
We’ll work with you to understand any internal communications challenges you face and the best way to not just inform your staff, but make your message memorable, easy to understand and respond to.

If your business is affected by decisions made outside of your organisation, you have two choices: you can react to them or help shape them.
We offer a stakeholder engagement PR service to help you get your message across to the right people and influence the decision-making process.
We will work with you to understand your business and the policy decisions that influence or impact it and why. We’ll then look at who can shape them, whether that’s politicians, government bodies or local authorities, what their motivations are for making changes, what the alternatives are, and the pros and cons of each.
Once we have a clear picture, we’ll start the process of creating a strategy and communications plan to influence the relevant stakeholders to shape the decisions being made.
We tend to work on a retained basis and the fees are based on the amount of time you’re likely to need from us, and the type of services you’ll want. We’ll work with you to understand your objectives and challenges related to PR and propose a retainer accordingly. Alternatively, you can tell us your budget and we’ll work with you to create a fee structure that fits in with that.
We’re always happy to work with a client whatever their preference is but it really depends on your communication objectives and if they are short, medium or long term.
The sooner you tell us about a project, the better the chances are of getting you some great results. This is simply because some publications have long lead times (some work 8 weeks in advance) so your target publications may have already finalised what they’re writing before we can contact them about your campaign/launch.
It depends on which of our PR services you’re using but don’t worry, we’ll go through a list with you when we start working together. Assuming you’re using our ‘Core PR services’, as a starting point we’ll need a URL for your website, your logo as a PNG file, high-resolution photos of your spokespeople and a list of the subjects they are confident speaking about, and a press release boilerplate if you already have one (if not we can create one for you).
